VIG was growing steadily, was very profitable and had ambitions to grow quickly

The company wished to become a publicly listed company to gain prestige, lift its image with suppliers and customers, and to increase its corporate governance

VIG was introduced to BlueMount (Barry Palte) to ascertain if it could be listed on the ASX, as Asian stock markets in Shanghai and Singapore were either closed or had very long waiting lists

“After ascertaining that VIG was a good candidate, easily qualifying for listing, and after receiving encouragement from the ASX, BlueMount was appointed Corporate Advisor and Lead Manager and assumed 100% responsibility for the listing.” says Barry Palte

BlueMount then recruited the Team necessary to carry out the listing duties, which included lawyers, auditors, tax advisors, stockbrokers, public relations consultants, directors, CFO and the company secretary.

Over a period of 9 months the Team worked with the major shareholders, CEO and local corporate advisor to fulfill all of the many listing requirements to achieve the IPO

In May 2014 VIG successfully listed on the ASX with a market capitalization of A$ 104 m and was subsequently included in the ASX All Ordinaries Index of the top 500 listed companies” says Barry Palte
